01 · LEADERSHIP
Strategic Operations & Organizational Leadership
Lead AIC ACE in alignment with strategic objectives, develop the strategic plan and roadmap, establish programs and processes, oversee operations and financial management, and build a high-performing team.
02 · INCUBATION
Innovation & Incubation Management
Design and scale incubation services, support early-stage ventures, enable technology transfer and collaborations, and provide strategic direction on product development, market entry, business modelling, and investor preparedness.
03 · SUSTAINABILITY
Financial Sustainability & Resource Mobilization
Develop revenue-generation models and secure resources through government grants, CSR contributions, private investors, institutional partnerships, sponsorships, endowments, and donor engagement.
04 · ECOSYSTEM
Ecosystem Development & Strategic Partnerships
Build partnerships across academia, industry, government, investors, R&D institutions, incubators, and international ecosystems, while representing AIC ACE at relevant platforms and events.
05 · OUTREACH
Communications & Outreach
Lead strategic communications, events, digital content, website development, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen AIC ACE's visibility and attract prospective incubatees and ecosystem partners.
06 · GOVERNANCE
Governance, Compliance & Institutional Alignment
Work with the Board of Directors / Governing Board on statutory and regulatory requirements, confidentiality, professional ethics, institutional values, annual reporting, and transparent external communications.
07 · QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility
- Graduate degree in Engineering/Technology, or postgraduate degree in Science, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in Business Management, Strategy, or Entrepreneurship preferred.
- Ph.D. or research background is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of overall professional experience, including 4–5 years in a senior leadership/managerial role.
08 · EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Preferred Experience & Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in the start-up/innovation ecosystem.
- Experience in fundraising, grant management, or government schemes is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, networking, communication, and institutional representation skills.
- Sound understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
